Arsène Wenger is hoping to avoid recalling Moritz Volz from his loan spell at Fulham.
The right back might be needed by Arsenal later this month when Lauren starts his suspension following the game at Manchester United. But, Wenger believes, the German youngster needs the experience he is getting at Loftus Road and is loathed to recall him before his spell ends on December 31
"At the moment I am considering two options before I bring Moritz back," said Wenger. "The first option is putting Kolo out there [to right back] the second is playing Justin Hoyte. The third one would be to bring Moritz Volz back.
"I don't want to take away the experience he is getting if someone else can make it here. But it is difficult to put Kolo there now because he is playing so well at centre back."
