Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will rest a host of his Premiership stars for the Carling Cup tie against Rotherham.
The Frenchman is set to hand starts to Edu, Kanu, Pascal Cygan, Sylvain Wiltord and young Spanish striker Francesc Fabregas.
Rotherham could be without defender Scott Minto, striker Martin Butler and midfielder Carl Robinson.
Minto picked up a thigh strain during Saturday's defeat by West Brom whilst Butler and Robinson did not start.
