Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann has held up his hands and taken the blame for the midweek UEFA Champions League defeat to Dynamo Kiev. The German shot-stopper was to blame for Kiev's second goal charging off his line and giving the ball away to Valentin Belkevich to score Kiev's second goal. Lehmann insists it will be his fault if Arsenal fail to qualify for the knock-out stages of the Champions League. "If we go out of the Champions League and Arsenal have a wasted season in Europe, it will all have been my fault," commented Lehmann. "My mood is as grey as the skies over London. "I have no explanation for my mistake. It was like when you are watching a movie and the projector breaks down. "I did not sleep at all on the night after the game." Gunners boss Arsene Wenger absolved Lehmann of any blame, but the former Borussia Dortmund star insists that the mistake still haunts him. "Even though the manager gave me his backing, it has done nothing for me," added Lehmann. "I just feel so cut up about it all. I cannot erase my mistake."
