Arsène Wenger will wait until Tuesday before deciding whether to select Patrick Vieira and Freddie Ljungberg for the Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev. Both players trained with the first-team squad on Sunday and Monday, and the Arsenal manager admitted he is "tempted" to pick Vieira. However, Martin Keown has not recovered from a calf injury and will not play. "They are travelling but I don't know about Freddie and Patrick," Wenger told Arsenal.com. "We had a short training session today and a good session yesterday with Freddie and Patrick and they went through it very well. I have to make up my mind about them." Wenger admitted that he would be taking a risk if he recalled Vieira and Ljungberg together after both players suffered injuries during the 3-2 victory against Newcastle on September 26. "They are two players who haven't played so to bring them back together might mean having to take them off at the same time, which might affect the balance of the team," he said. "I am tempted to start Patrick although I haven't made my mind up yet. But he can help the side even if he doesn't start." Vieira limped off against Newcastle with a thigh injury while Ljungberg picked up an ankle problem during the same game. Both players missed the Champions League game at Lokomotiv Moscow as well as Premiership matches against Liverpool and Chelsea.
