Juventus have made Lazio’s Bernardo Corradi their number one target if they fail to keep hold of David Trezeguet. The latter still hasn’t agreed terms over a new contract which has increased speculation that he will be sold. Trezeguet is only tied to the Delle Alpi outfit until 2005 and is eager to sign a new deal before the European Championships. However, negotiations are set to be complicated as Juve seem unwilling at this time to meet Trezeguet’s request for a salary improved deal. If the former Monaco man is sold at the end of this season then Corradi is likely to be targeted as a replacement. The 27-year-old international was already wanted last summer but decided to remain with the capital outfit. Other possible contenders include Parma striker Alberto Gilardino and Zlatan Ibrahimovic of Ajax.
