www.sportinglife.comSven-Goran Eriksson has ruled out the possibility of allowing his successor to shadow the England squad during the World Cup finals. Eriksson will step down following Germany 2006 and it has been suggested his replacement could get to know the players by joining up with this summer's party. However, Eriksson told The Sun: "I made it totally clear to the FA I don't want to go into the World Cup with two national coaches. "This might be my last World Cup and I want it to be done my way." Eriksson has also confirmed he will play no part in selecting the next England boss. The Swede added: "I've told the FA it is totally up to them to find my replacement. "The last thing I want is to be accused of helping them find someone who might not be up to the job."
