skysports.planetfootball.comby Patrick Goss James Milner is expected to feature for England's Under-21 side against Azerbaijan on Tuesday, despite requiring stitches in a head wound after the weekend's 2-2 draw with Germany. The Newcastle United man needed six stitches after a collision with team-mate Gary O'Neil, but will hand manager Peter Taylor a boost by declaring himself fit for Tuesday's game - which is live on Sky Sports 1. Taylor has major problems ahead of the game - as he looks to avenge a goalless draw against the Eastern European minnows in October. Skipper O'Neil has returned to Portsmouth after needing 26 stitches from the collision with Milner whilst Nicky Hunt has been ruled out with a dead leg. To exacerbate the problems, Glen Johnson picked up his second booking against group leaders Germany and is ruled out through suspension. England would have gone top of their European Championship qualification group if they had held on to their lead against Germany in Hull, but a crucial late mistake by goalkeeper Scott Carson allowed an equaliser. Only goal difference now separated England and Germany, but The Young Lions will be looking to rectify that with a big win.
