Graeme Bailey Sven Goran Eriksson has admitted that he is worried that star defender Sol Campbell will miss Euro 2004. The Arsenal stopper is currently playing with a groin problem and Eriksson's is fearful that Campbell may not make it to Portugal. Eriksson is already without the suspended Rio Ferdinand for the finals and would be loathed to lose his long-term defensive partner. "My big worry is Sol," said Eriksson. "He has had this groin problem for a long time. "He is playing really well but I understand he is practising very little, just resting and recovering. "He plays games and that's it. "Of the two best centre backs at the World Cup. One is out and the other is struggling. "To not have Sol for the finals would be very bad for us." skysports.planetfootball.com/Article.asp?id=193730
