England have been rated eighth in the latest Fifa rankings along with Euro 2004 qualifying rivals Turkey. The announcement sees no move for Sven-Goran Eriksson's side, while Scotland and Wales have both steadily climbed. Wales have moved up one place to 65th place despite their failure to reach the European Championship. Meanwhile Scotland climb from 54th to 51st, while of the other home nations Northern Ireland slump below Rwanda and Madgascar in the latest standings. 1 Brazil 2 France 3 Spain 4 Holland 5 Argentin 6 Czech Republic 7 Mexico 8= England 8= Turkey 10 Italy Hmmmmmmmm They are now 124th, two places below their December ranking. The Republic of Ireland remain in 14th spot. C,mon And Brazil, on 848 points, are still clear at the top spot, a further 22 points ahead of France. Spain are third, while Holland and Argentina round off the top five.
