England have been rated eighth in the latest Fifa rankings along with Euro 2004 qualifying rivals Turkey.
The announcement sees no move for Sven-Goran Eriksson's side, while Scotland and Wales have both steadily climbed.
Wales have moved up one place to 65th place despite their failure to reach the European Championship.
Meanwhile Scotland climb from 54th to 51st, while of the other home nations Northern Ireland slump below Rwanda and Madgascar in the latest standings.
