YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT ;D David Trezeguet fears that Inter are a side on the up despite their Champions’ League setback against Arsenal. Juventus play host to the Nerazzurri on Saturday who have much to prove after their 5-1 humiliation against the Premiership outfit. "Inter are a side that are improving in all areas," said the striker. "That includes their character and their tactical awareness after their change in system." The San Siro giants are currently a massive seven points behind the Turin leaders and a defeat at the Delle Alpi would surely rule them out of Scudetto contention. "That’s not true," responded Trezeguet. "Even if they went 10 points behind us at the weekend they will still be in the championship race." However, if Inter are going to get something out of the game then they are going to have to do a better job on Trezeguet than they did on his international teammate Thierry Henry. "I’m feeling great at the moment," said the player who last season had his fair share of injury problems. "My knee is causing me no trouble at all even if I know that I must keeping working hard to make sure I don’t suffer those problems again." The former Monaco man was inevitably asked whether there were any developments regarding his contract extension. "The club haven’t said anything yet," he stated. "But there is no problem with that. I’m calm about the situation." His current deal expires in 2005.
