skysports.planetfootball.comby Graeme Bailey Uefa are once again unhappy with Chelsea, this time after the English giants put their fitness coach forward for their media interviews on Tuesday. The Blues are in Germany for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter final clash with Bayern Munich. Mourinho is due to serve the second of a two-match touchline ban, following the now infamous incident at Barcelona in the previous round where he accused Frank Rijkaard of influencing referee Anders Frisk. Uefa delegate Wolfgang Eichler admitted that Europe's governing body were disappointed that Chelsea had only made Rui Faria and squad player Mikael Forssell available to the media - while Bayern put forward coach Felix Magath along with Oliver Kahn and Owen Hargreaves. Chelsea did not break any rules by only putting Faria forward, but Eichler says he will be reporting the matter to his bosses at Uefa HQ. "We cannot force them to do anything, as there is no punishment for this," Eichler said. "But you have to look at the difference between Chelsea and Bayern Munich. "They put up their manager (Felix Magath) and captain Oliver Kahn, as well as Owen Hargreaves. "Chelsea did not even bother telling us who they intended putting up. "This is not ideal and I will have to report it to Uefa."
