British clubs Liverpool, Newcastle and Celtic will be among the seeds for Friday's Uefa Cup third-round draw in Switzerland.
The trio will avoid the likes of Inter Milan, Barcelona, Roma and Galatasaray, who are also seeded.

Celtic qualify for this stage of the competition after narrowly missing out on qualification for the knockout stages of the Champions League.
Liverpool and Newcastle won their Uefa Cup second-round ties to advance.
"It's a big bonus being seeded with the Champions League teams coming in," said Newcastle midfielder Gary Speed on Thursday.
"Like Celtic did last season, we're looking to go all the way. Hopefully, we can do the same, and whoever we get we won't be afraid of them.
"We're relishing it and it will be interesting to see who we get."
