The draw for the group stages of the Euro 2004 finals in Portugal will be held on Sunday.
The 16 teams will be split into four groups of four with only one team from each seeding pot in each group.
England are in Pot B along with Italy, Germany and Spain, while hosts Portugal and reigning champions France are in A.
The tournament will be staged in new or renovated stadiums in Oporto, Leiria, Aviero, Coimbra, Guimaraes, Faro, Braga and Lisbon between 12 June and 4 July.
France are favourites to retain their European Championship crown in Portugal having won their last 13 matches.
