Police in Germany have arrested 26 Rangers supporters on suspicion of trying to spend fake euro banknotes.
The fans were held ahead of the Glasgow club's Champions League clash with VfB Stuttgart.
A spokeswoman for Stuttgart Police said 19 supporters had since been released and five people were still in custody.
Rangers lost the game 1-0, with a Timo Wenzel goal ending the Scottish champions' chances of reaching the next stage of the tournament.
More than 3,000 fans travelled to Germany to watch the match at the Gottlieb Daimler Stadium.
Christiane Honer, a spokeswoman for Stuttgart Police, said: "Since Tuesday afternoon about 100 fake 50 euro notes have been circulating in the city.
Not familiar
"A total of 26 Scottish supporters have been arrested in the city centre as they tried to pay in restaurants and cafes.
"Staff realised the notes were false and called the police."
Ms Honer said the "very bad" prints were on poor quality paper.
"If some fans are not familiar with them then they may not know the difference," she said.
In separate incidents, six Rangers fans were arrested for minor offences.
