www.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,7-1129211,00.html Olympiakos have joined the chase for Celtic striker Henrik Larsson's signature, but Barcelona have been confirmed as another of his suitors. The Swedish star is out of contract in the summer and has revealed he is definitely quitting Parkhead after a highly productive stay in Scotland. As Larsson hopes to finish his spell in Glasgow on a real high by firing the club to Uefa Cup success, the interest in his services continues to grow. Rumours had been circulating in Greece that Olympiakos made contact with the player's representatives during last week's trip to Barcelona. "It's true," Larsson's agent Rob Jansen told Protathlitis. "Olympiakos are one of the clubs who show their interest in my client. "I had an official contact with Olympiakos directors for Henrik and for some other things. "I represent some of the greatest players and managers in Europe and it's possible to begin a closer co-operation with Olympiakos. "There are many possibilities to see Larsson in Greece because Olympiakos are one of the clubs who fulfil the work conditions that Henrik requires. "There is no possibility to stay in Glasgow. "These days he thinks about his future. "He has made his decision to leave Celtic. "I have had contacts with other clubs for Henrik, one of them is Barcelona, but nothing official. Only contacts." Larsson has hinted he would prefer to move to a warmer climate so Piraeus or Catalunya certainly fits the bill.
