West Bromwich Albion's Mark Kinsella has been recalled to the Republic of Ireland squad for the 31 March friendly against the Czech Republic.
The midfielder missed the games against Canada and Brazil because he was lacking first-team football.
But Kinsella's move from Aston Villa has paid off and he has started eight of West Brom's last 10 matches.
The 31-year-old is one of the most experienced players at manager Brian Kerr's disposal.
Kinsella has been capped 44 times, has played in three qualifying campaigns and has also featured in a squad for the World Cup finals.
Returning to the squad after injury is Hibernian goalkeeper Nicky Colgan, at the expense of West Bromwich's Joe Murphy, while Leeds United's Stephen McPhail is also recalled after he regained his place in the Elland Road first team.
Cardiff City's Graham Kavanagh, Manchester United's John O'Shea and Jason McAteer of Sunderland have been omitted from the squad.
