United are set to pocket a small bonus for holding Wigan Athletic to a draw at the weekend after the replay at Elland Road was picked for live broadcast.
The game will remain on the 17th January with a 7.45pm kick-off and will now also be shown live on Sky Sports.
The club will now benefit to the tune of £150,000 from the decision to show the game, and can add another £40,000 to the coffers by winning the replay.
Manchester City await the winners of the tie, with the game to be played at the City of Manchester Stadium.
