Aberdeen will be without Russell Anderson and Scott Booth, but Steve Tosh is fit despite taking a slight knock in midweek.
Phil McGuire, David Zdrilic and Scott Muirhead are expected to start, while Bryan Prunty, a recent signing from Celtic, will be on the bench.
Celtic are hopeful Stanislav Varga will be fit despite missing training on Friday after suffering back spasms.
Alan Thompson remains on the sidelines with a calf problem.
