Reading FC Safety Officer Clive Doyle has issued a thank-you to Leeds United supporters following the recent game at Madejski Stadium.
Before the game, Leeds fans had been asked to remain seated and Clive said:
"The licensing authority officials were very satisfied with the reaction from the Leeds fans, as the vast majority sat throughout the game. The Leeds fans were still able to create a vibrant vocal atmosphere and this is a great step forward for the Football Licensing Authority campaign to ensure the safety of steep terracing designed for seating and clear sightlines. The Leeds fans were a credit to their Club.”
