Andrew Flintoff has risen to number one in the world rankings for all-rounders following his performances in England's series in Bangladesh.
Flintoff is sixth in the bowling lists and 20th in batting in the latest PwC world cricket rankings.
His combined rating puts him well ahead of his nearest challengers, South Africa's Shaun Pollock and Chris Gayle of the West Indies.
Flintoff hit 10 sixes in three unbeaten half-centuries in Bangladesh.
He won all three man-of-the-match awards and was named man of the series.
And now he is keen to translate his six-hitting form to the trickier spin-friendly wickets of Sri Lanka.
He said: "It was a good win, a professional performance."
"I've been striking the ball well and I hope that continues in Sri Lanka."
Flintoff also paid tribute to Paul Collingwood, who made 46 not out, and together they put on 83 to see England overhaul Bangladesh's 182 in the 40th over.
"I enjoyed batting at number five and I enjoyed batting with Colly," Flintoff added.
England captain Michael Vaughan was pleased with his side's performance, but admitted they did not have it all their own way.
He said: "I'd like to congratulate Bangladesh for a hard-fought Test series and one-day series.
"We got tested, they put on a good total but it was good to see Freddie [Flintoff] and Colly play so well.
"It has been a fantastic tour and the fans have been great. We always get great support and we're thankful for that."
England fly to Colombo via Bangkok on Wednesday in readiness for the first one-day international against Sri Lanka on 18 November.
Bangladesh coach Dav Whatmore was at a loss to explain
his team's poor performances.
He said: "It's the degree of losing that makes a difference. If you lose close matches, it's not a problem.
"But if you lose by a big margin, like against England, then there is something really not working.
"I don't mind 3-0 defeats. We batted slightly better today, but the first two matches weren't very clever at all."
