The wife of veteran BBC presenter Sir David Frost is recovering in hospital after being taken ill at their home.
Lady Carina Frost is said to be in a "stable condition" at Homerton University Hospital in east London.
Sir David's usual BBC One Sunday morning programme Breakfast With Frost was hosted by Peter Sissons.
In a statement Sir David, who is at his wife's side in hospital, said she was making "a complete recovery".
Former model
The Homerton hospital said Lady Carina, 50, was admitted on Friday, after initial assessment and treatment at a west London hospital.
Newspaper reports say the former fashion model and daughter of the Duke of Norfolk, was found unconscious by her husband at their Chelsea home.
He has recently returned from the US, where he was conducting an interview with President George W Bush.
A BBC spokesman said: "The BBC is very pleased to hear that Sir David Frost's wife Carina is making a full recovery.
"At this time Sir David naturally wants to be with his wife and children. He will be back presenting Breakfast with Frost next weekend."
Alan Jones, duty manager at the Homerton hospital, told the Press Association news agency: "She will still be in hospital today. Her condition is quite stable."
He explained that Lady Carina had been transferred to Homerton from a hospital near her home because it was the closest which could offer appropriate treatment.
Her husband Sir David, 64, who presents the weekly Breakfast With Frost programme on Sundays on BBC One, visited her on Saturday at the hospital.
Leaving home this morning, Sir David told reporters that his wife was making a good recovery.
Interview
Lady Carina is the broadcaster's second wife. They were married in 1983.
Sunday's Breakfast With Frost programme included Sir David's pre-recorded interview with President Bush, ahead of the state leader's planned state visit to Britain next week.
"He will be back presenting Breakfast with Frost next weekend," a BBC spokeswoman said.
Peter Sissons has hosted the programme in the past while Sir David has been on holiday, she added.
