Leeds and Leicester have been fined by the Football Association for having poor disciplinary records last season.
The clubs were punished after failing to improve enough on the previous year, when they were handed suspended fines.
Leicester must pay £25,000 - with £10,000 waived - and Leeds will have to hand over £15,000, with a further £45,000 suspended for this season.
Millwall revealed on Tuesday that they had been fined £10,000, with £20,000 remaining for their current campaign.
