The clubs were punished after failing to improve enough on the previous year, when they were handed suspended fines. Leicester must pay £25,000 - with £10,000 waived - and Leeds will have to hand over £15,000, with a further £45,000 suspended for this season. Millwall revealed on Tuesday that they had been fined £10,000, with £20,000 remaining for their current campaign.
