Negotiations were under way with Manchester City, but the company keept on postponing. Therefore after 15 days I was waiting for, I just decided to accept the Juventus proposal!.
For Juventus, this is an authoritative choice fully in line with the company’s objectives and tradition. "Juventus lost a lot of her champions and now we need to give back stability the company deserve. Our goal to achieve is to bring back Juventus at the top as soon as possible. To get results we will make any affort we could but we will need time – continued Ranieri - We are glad to have in our team champions as Buffon, Del Piero, Nedved and Camoranesi. These great players will share with us the task of growing up the new young generation of Juventus. I’m glad for the player we just get. Grygera was already on my list for Chealsea team. Criscito is very interesting, Salihamidzic is one of the best middle-fielder in Europe. I’d like to thank Juventus for choosing me. To me Juventus is not a final target but just the start. Until now I’ve been training to be a coach, now I can do it".
