ROME, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Italian Serie B leaders Juventus beat Treviso 1-0 to find the track of promotion on Tuesday. Raffaele Palladino scored the only goal in the 71st minute as the fallen Turin giants bounced back from last Saturday's 3-1 defeat to Brescia to stretch their lead at the top of second division to three points. Alessandro Del Piero set up the goal with a quickly-taken free-kick, rolling the ball wide for Palladino whose angled shot found the bottom corner. Second-placed Napoli could only manage a goalless draw at home to Vicenza. Juventus have 52 points, followed by Napoli on 49 after 27 matches played. Juventus were demoted from Serie A last season and given a nine-point penalty for their role in the Italian match-fixing scandal. news.xinhuanet.com:80/english/2007-03/14/content_5844357.htm
