Italian champions Juventus have sold striker Adrian Mutu to Fiorentina for eight million euros (£5.5m).
Mutu has been at Juventus since January 2005
Juventus, at the centre of a scandal over alleged match-rigging in a trial that also involves Fiorentina, signed the ex-Chelsea player in January 2005.
The Romanian, 27, was sacked by Chelsea in October 2005 following a positive test for cocaine and a seven-month ban.
He had played for Inter Milan, Verona and Parma in Italy's Serie A before moving to England in 2003.
