The Football Association have fined Fulham forward Luis Boa Morte £4,000 and handed him a one match ban for improper conduct.
The punishment follows the Portuguese international’s altercation with Leicester City defender Frank Sinclair at Loftus Road in October.
The ex-Arsenal man kicked Sinclair in the stomach after the pair fell in the penalty area during The Cottagers' 2-0 victory.
Boa Morte has been involved in several spats this season, most notably with Birmingham City stopper Darren Purse, who was sent off as he pursued the former Southampton man following a goal in their 2-2 draw in September.
The ban will commence from December 29 which will rule Boa Morte out of the game against Middlesbrough on January 7.
