;D He da best. He da man. Top Italian referee Pierluigi Collina could soon be officiating in England. Uefa chiefs are considering implementing an exchange programme that would allow referees to take charge of games in other European countries. The exchange would only involve members of Uefa's Professional Football Committee, which includes England, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Scotland and Spain. "The suggestion to use top international referees from different countries for specific domestic matches is a very interesting one that we will consider going forward with," said PFC chairman Pedro Tomas. Earlier this year, Collina, widely regarded as the best referee in the world, took charge of a French League match between Marseille and Lyon.
