my name is Ditt and I will be here regularly to tell you all about our lives in Dizzy Towers.
We are a close-knit group of chaps and we usually all get a long like the proverbial house on fire.
As this is my first post I will keep it relatively short as too much information at this stage will be difficult to absorb because there are so many of us, but over a small period of time I’m sure you will all realise who we are and our individual little foibles.
The excitement In Dizzy Towers this week has been mainly down to the new forum our guardians have set up, we have all enjoyed looking through our family photos and selecting a pictures or ourselves so you can put a face to a handle. Percy took the longest to decide but then that surprised none of us, as he always wants to be the best at everything. Polie got himself into a right emotional state as he hadn’t looked at his photos for such a long time it made him feel terribly homesick, as luck would have it Oink had bottled some Dizzy moonshine that morning and a large swig of that brought Polie back to the here and now.
Our pictures duly sorted we then had to come up with a small snippet of text that will appear in our profiles, how we laughed when Ooog insisted on writing about his Cloudpop plants, you will all get used to Ooog’s funny ways, he finds living in the 21st century very troublesome most of the time and there is nothing better to cheer him up than a good dose of the Jurassic Park movies.
Sid and Gunnersaurus are our football buffs; asking one of them sates anything any of us need to know about up and coming games. Tickets too can be purchased from them on a weekly basis. Every other weekend Teddy S comes to stay with us, he is also a mad footy fan and has a very famous guardian (Alan (Smudger) Smith) who all you Arsenal fans will remember well I’m sure. He travels with Smudger all over the country because Sky television employs his guardian to commentate on matches. Teddy S’s main job while at games is to do the Hot Dog run for all the camera chaps, sound crew and other commentators. He and Baby G get themselves into allsorts of scraps but that’s to be told on another day.
I myself keep a book running on match days and the chaps enjoy spending their pocket money on a wee bet here and there, some are luckier than others but I always make sure that my costs are well and truly covered.
Red is the shopper of the group, he has a big obsession with shoes and has an enormous collection he keeps in the broom cupboard. Percy was good enough to knock up some shelves in there for him as he loves D.I.Y as you will have probably already gathered from his profile. Any shoe sale that occurs during the week Red will be at. Don’t forget to look out for him if you ever decide to attend one yourself.
I think I will leave my first post here as I said in the beginning I wouldn’t want to confuse you all at this early stage.
Look forward to chatting with some of you soon and please come back in a few days when I will tell you more about us all and what we have been up to in Dizzy Towers.
Barky Woof, Ditt.
