Serie A Week 12 - 20/11/05 (19.30 UK)
Figo 69 (I), Cambiasso 81 (I)
Stadio Giuseppe Meazza

Inter struggled to find a way past Parma, but eventually won 2-0 with Luis Figo scoring his first Serie A goal.
The pressure was on Roberto Mancini's men, as after picking up just two points from their last three games, they found themselves 13 points adrift of leaders Juventus going into this match. Adriano faced his former Parma teammates, aware that he had only hit the back of the net in two Serie A games this season.
The Gialloblu snatched a 2-2 draw here last year, but Mario Beretta's side had lost all five of its away games this term and had to do without the injured Andrea Pisanu, Daniele Bonera and Daniele Dessena.
Adriano had chested down the ball and flicked it past Camara, whose handling offence was on the edge of the area. Julio Cruz took the free kick and a deflection took it to Adriano, but he fired straight at the goalkeeper from point-blank range.
Marco Materazzi brought down Bernardo Corradi just outside the box and Domenico Morfeo's powerful free kick brought a tough save out of Julio Cesar.
Matteo Contini performed a perfectly timed tackle as Adriano sprinted into the box, then Luca Bucci had his palms stung by the Brazilian's effort.
Giuseppe Favalli was equally decisive at the other end of the field with a crucial intervention on Marco Marchionni after he had already gone past two players.
Materazzi and Cruz clattered into each other to get on the end of David Pizarro's cross to the back post and the chance went begging.
Parma made a tactical adjustment after just 34 minutes, replacing Cigarini with Filippo Savi. Cruz took advantage of a defensive error, but Giuseppe Cardone bravely dived in to close him down.
There was some more desperate defending on the stroke of half-time, as Cruz's shot was charged down by Parma bodies. There was also another bizarre moment of confusion with two Inter players going for the same ball and colliding, this time it was Luis Figo and Cruz.
The Gialloblu created a good chance after the restart, as Fabio Simplicio found space and fell under a challenge inside the area, but the referee waved play on as the Brazilian had stumbled.
Obafemi Martins replaced Cruz to give Inter a bit more pace, while Figo's scuffed chest and volley was well held by Bucci.
The veteran goalkeeper was at full stretch to block an Adriano drive from outside the area, while Dejan Stankovic also made his comeback from a long-term injury.
The Serb thought he'd scored within minutes of stepping on to the pitch, but he pushed a cross past the far post with his knee after another Camara error.
At the other end, Julio Cesar beat away a Vincenzo Grella snapshot from 30 metres that almost took the goalkeeper by surprise.
The deadlock was eventually broken after 69 minutes. Luis Figo found space down the right on Juan Sebastian Veron's pass and placed an angled drive into the far corner of the net. It was the ex-Real Madrid man's first Serie A goal.
Adriano's ambitious lob from a tight angle was well held by Bucci, while Martins rushed into the area only to hesitate to get it back on to his left foot and the chance went begging.
The Nerazzurri made the points safe with substitute Esteban Cambiasso, who'd been on the pitch for less than 60 seconds. Bucci clattered into a defender to close down Adriano and a clearance went straight to Cambiasso, who floated the ball into an empty net.
Bucci suffered an injury in that collision with Cardone and Adriano, leaving blood on his hand, and was replaced by Cristiano Lupatelli.
Giovanni Pasquale charged down Veron's strike and Marchionni's free kick was off target. Materazzi accidentally kicked Contini in the face, but the Parma man was able to continue. The Gialloblu ended the game in 10 men, as Morfeo limped off when they had already completed their substitutions.
