As for my role, I can play just about anywhere, the important thing is to contribute to the team. What really counts is always going for the victory.” The Nerazzurri are now 10 points adrift of leaders Juventus, but Figo believes they can still challenge for the Scudetto this season. “From now until Christmas there are a series of games in Serie A that can give us the chance to close down that gap. I, as I have already said, remain confident.” Adriano and Julio Cesar returned to the training ground after Brazil’s 8-0 friendly win in the United Arab Emirates, as their planned encounter with Kuwait was cancelled.
