www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/oct24g.htmlInter have breathed a huge sigh of relief on Monday after tests on Adriano’s shoulder ruled out any serious damage. There were fears that the Brazilian could be sidelined for months after falling awkwardly just 13 minutes into yesterday’s 1-0 win at Udinese. However, the player underwent a series of tests today which showed no fracture or dislocation. "I was a bit worried after my fall on Sunday, but the tests went well," the striker told the club’s official website. "I will now have to give my best in an effort to fully recover and be at the total disposal of the Coach and the side again." It’s unclear at this stage when Adriano will be available for first team football as his shoulder is currently heavily strapped. The Nerazzurri, now third in the table, play Roma in Serie A on Wednesday before they travel to Sampdoria at the weekend. Boss Roberto Mancini is likely to field Julio Cruz, who netted the winner at Udine, in Adriano’s absence.
