www.leedsunited.comUnited wrapped up their two match tour of Norway with a 2-0 win over Stavanger IF. Goals from Eirik Bakke on home soil and Matthew Spring were more than enough to secure the victory, thanks largely to solid first half performance by the Whites. As expected, Kevin Blackwell gave his starting XI 65 minutes before he began to make changes. The only absentee was Rob Hulse who had suffered ankle ligament damage in the first game against Haugesund, whilst Seth Johnson, who had been an earlier doubt, was passed fit and started the game. Meanwhile a young United reserve side lost 3-2 away to Farsley Celtic on Saturday afternoon. United return to England for a short rest before taking on Darlington on Wednesday evening.
