With title hope seeming losy, Inter Milan defender Fabio Cannavaro has urged the club to get back to their early season form.
The Nerazzurri allowed a lead to slip late against Modena on the weekend and coach Alberto Zaccheroni effectively sounded the death knell on Monday.
"It was a chance lost because after taking the lead we became disunited and we didn't manage to reorder our ideas,” offered Cannavaro. “This is why we gave away the penalty and then the equalizing goal.”
"It's a bit of a strange moment,” he suggested. “We must grit our teeth and try to make it pass quickly.”
