Italian giants Inter are already planning for the future by signing Swedish youngster Martin Bengtsson.
The 18-year-old has joined the Nerazzurri from Orebro FK and has put pen to paper on a contract that expires in 2006.
Bengtsson, a deep midfielder, was wanted by a host of European clubs but opted for the San Siro side.
The Under-18 international will start training with the Inter Primavera side – youth team – under boss Daniele Bernazzani from today.
Meanwhile, Modena have signed midfielder David Limbersky. The 20-year-old Czech player has arrived on loan from Genoa.
One player who has left the Stadio Braglia is Alain Roger Bangoura. The 21-year-old has joined Belgian Second Division side FC Brussels.
Reports also suggest that Siena have agreed terms with Brazilian defender Roque Junior. The stopper arrives on loan from Milan, via Leeds United.
