Inter Milan are planning to lure Brazilian striker Ronaldo back to the San Siro.
Ronaldo left for Real Madrid in the summer of 2002 for £29.8m but has revealed his desire to return to his old club.
And Inter bosses have made clear their desire to bring him back to Serie A.
"We are very interested in Ronaldo. We think he has always been the greatest," the club's technical director Marco Branca told the Guardian newspaper.

Any move for the Brazil international could pave the way for Christian Vieri's departure from the San Siro.

Vieri has been repeatedly tipped with a move to Chelsea.
But Branca said: "I think at the moment Christian Vieri is very, very far from moving.
"We are quietly concentrated on our championship and we won't consider any bids."
But Vieri has endured a strained relationship with Inter bosses this season.
He criticised his employers for their lack of ambition following the sale of team-mate Hernan Crespo.
And on Wednesday he was fined after failing to attend Monday's Italian Cup quarter-final against Udinese.
