Inter midfielder Luciano has returned to Chievo Verona after failing to settle with the Nerazzurri.
The Milan giants have confirmed that a deal has been done after talks were held this morning.
The 28-year-old only arrived on loan at the San Siro in the summer after then boss Hector Cuper specifically asked for new wide players.
However, the Argentine tactician was sacked and new Coach Alberto Zaccheroni has rarely used the former Bologna player.
Inter have stated that there are still a few details to iron out but nothing that should stop the player from going back to the Stadio Bentegodi.
