skysports.planetfootball.comJose Mourinho has threatened legal action against one of Uefa's top brass, unless he retracts claims that the Chelsea boss is 'an enemy of football'. Uefa's referees' chief Volker Roth reacted angrily after Anders Frisk quit refereeing following threats from Chelsea fans. Mourinho was very critical of Frisk following Chelsea's 2-1 defeat to Barcelona in their first leg UEFA Champions League clash and Roth feels these comments led to threats from some Blues fans against the Swedish official. However, Mourinho is not happy with Roth's comments and said he will sue, unless he issues an apology. "With regards to the declarations from Mr Roth, there's two ways out: he apologises or it goes to court," said Mourinho. "It's a shame that Frisk has decided to leave football. "If, as some people have suggested, this decision is linked to the criticism of his performance in the Barcelona game, it seems strange to me. "There's similar criticism every day, all around the world, for managers, directors and players. It's a normal situation."
