www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/feb10k.htmlObafemi Martins has returned from African Cup of Nations duty and plans to make a memorable comeback by helping Inter beat Juventus on Sunday. “When I was in Egypt, I watched all of Inter’s games on television,” explained the Nigerian international. “Now I am back and am thinking only of working hard to help the team. It’s a shame we lost against Fiorentina midweek, but we must look ahead and think of starting a new winning streak.” Martins’ input has been missed since he left for international duty in January, as in his absence the Nerazzurri have scored just eight goals in the five games. He is the favourite to start alongside Adriano in the Scudetto showdown on Sunday evening. “This is a very important game, both for us and Juventus. We know it’ll be tough, but I obviously hope Inter will emerge with all three points.” Martins will also pour some of his anger at Nigeria’s semi-final exit into this tie, even if he ended up with a bronze medal at the end of the tournament. “I am nonetheless happy to have finished third in the African Cup of Nations, even if it was disappointing to lose to the Ivory Coast,” he told ‘Inter Channel.’ Host nation Egypt lifted the trophy after beating the Ivory Coast 4-2 on penalties, having drawn 0-0 following extra time. Chelsea star Didier Drogba and Bakari Kone missed the decisive kicks.
