Barcelona are the latest club being linked with Edgar Davids once his Juventus contract expires next summer. The Dutchman will leave the Stadio Delle Alpi at the end of this season and the Spanish giants are desperate for his signature. Reports suggest that Nou Camp officials will meet with Davids’ agents in the next month in a bid to reach an agreement. Davids has been requested by Barca boss Frank Rijkaard and his club look set to satisfy his desires. The former Milan player, who has been in Italy for eight years, has also been heavily linked with Roma and Inter. Meanwhile, Arsenal striker Thierry Henry believes he will never return to Italy after his unsuccessful spell at Juventus. The Frenchman was awesome in the 5-1 win over Inter last night which sparked numerous questions over whether he could one day play in the peninsula again. "I am definitely not coming back," he told Italian journalists. "I have to say that my Italian career is over forever." Did Juve get rid of him prematurely? "I don’t know if they sold me too soon," he continued. "I’m not the type of guy who looks back. I always look to the future, and my future is here at Arsenal. "I love the Gunners. I enjoy playing with my teammates and I think you can see that with your own eyes."
