Singer Courtney Love appeared in court on Thursday and was told her preliminary hearing for an assualt charge would take place on 27 October.
Love, 40, has pleased not guilty to assault and is currently on $150,000 bail (£83,000).
The case relates to an incident in which Love is alleged to have attacked a woman with a bottle in Los Angeles.
She is also facing two separate trials for alleged possession of prescription drugs and assault in a New York club.
