news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/4118094.stmBBC Sport will be publishing all the fixtures for all the leagues in England and Scotland when they are announced at 1000 BST on Thursday, 23 June. Where will champions Chelsea start the defence of their title and what will top-flight new boys Wigan, West Ham and Sunderland face on the opening day? And at a lower level, what awaits Southampton and Nottingham Forest as they adjust to life in new divisions? Find out the key fixtures first on the BBC Sport website and Ceefax. A supposed "leak" of the opening day fixtures gave Wigan, who are in the top division for the first time in their history, a plum home fixture against Chelsea. Other matches included a Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool at Goodison Park, but the Premier League were quick to deny the schedule was accurate. "I can confirm that this list of games is definitely not the opening day fixtures," a spokesman said. "The only way supporters can be sure of who their club is playing is to wait until the full list is out." The Conference fixtures will be announced on Thursday, 30 June.
