www.leedsunited.comCue Villa? Seth Johnson has today reached agreement with Leeds United football Club to cancel his contract by mutual consent. The player had 11 months to run on his existing contract which was signed in October 2001 when he joined the club from Derby County in a deal which cost the club £7.75m. The player made 59 appearances. The player is now free to join any club of his choice and leaves with our best wishes for the future. Johnson, capped once by England, had 11 months left on his contract which was signed when he joined from Derby in October 2001, in a deal which cost Leeds £7.75million. Johnson made just six appearances for Leeds last season due to a serious cruciate ligament injury sustained at Blackburn in April 2004, and made just 59 appearances in all for the club. Good luck and thanks Seth, no hod carrying for you I KNOW.
