www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/jul22g.htmlLuis Figo has revealed that he would like to join Inter, but only if they act quickly to sign him. The Real Madrid winger is surplus to requirements and has been made available for transfer by the Spanish giants. Liverpool had appeared to be favourites until Real slapped a £2m fee on his head, allowing Inter to slip into pole position. “It does not depend on me whether I should wear the Nerazzurri shirt,” the Portuguese international stated. “I have given my availability – Inter know exactly what my demands are. “But they also know that there are other teams who have contacted me. For now I have chosen Inter but they must act quickly.” Meanwhile, Inter have also announced the departures of three of the club’s youngsters. Midfielder Fabrizio Biava has moved on loan to Serie C1 side Lucchese, along with goalkeeper Mathieu Moreau. But defender Luca Franchini, who has made two appearances for the senior side, has completed a permanent move to Serie C1 outfit Pro Patria.
