Inter could be without Francesco Coco for the next two months as his fitness problems continue. The Italian, who has had an injury plagued start to the season, is currently struggling with a back injury. Reports suggest he may be suffering from a slipped disc which could potentially rule him out until the New Year. The former Milan full-back will undergo a number of tests in Rome on Wednesday where medics may decide to operate. "I do have a small problem," admitted the stopper. "I’ll be closely examined later this week before a decision is made." It has been claimed that Coco may in fact be operated on immediately if doctors believe surgery is required. If that is the case then he wouldn’t be able to resume full training with the squad until January. That would be a massive blow to new boss Alberto Zaccheroni who had used Coco down the left in his first few outings.
